    why would a share consolidation be a bad thing? the market cap won't change, just reduce SOI and the output is an increased SP (commensurate to the reduction in SOI).

    If anything, having a 10-20c SP might be more attractive to retail investors as opposed to the single digit cents.

    It really doesn't change value whatsoever though.
