Hmmm a director wouldn't be the one running any legal proceedings, so I don't think it foreshadows a legal dispute on Mt Labo.
Perhaps he is connected to the institutional investors and they wanted a seat on the board to ensure they are getting value for money?
Or perhaps through his US connections, RTG is offering greater value to the Villar Group.
