If PE = Permit to Exploitation = Permit to mine, Permis de Recherches = Permit to explore,
What does it mean when both appear in one application?
AVZ already has the permit to explore and the permit to mine is waiting to be approved?
So the application date, granted date, and expiry date belong to the exploration permit?
That sounds more reasonable to me.
