The thing of note here is their ANN today confirms a feasibility contract with QGC which is valued at around 12 billion dollars and a subsidiary of Shell.
They are running in parellel to this feasibility contract a term sheet, in anticipation of the build contract to proceed.
Once this news is picked up by the big players.... who knows?
