    I don't want to labour the point, but that box in the top RHS, prior to today said "Application PE active" (in French)

    Now it says Request PE approved (in French)

    PE is mining license
    PR is exploration license

    Make of it whatever the f*&^k you like, but it seems obvious to me we are in some sort of imminent transition
