This "project" is sooo much bigger than I expected and for MM to be so far advanced with buiding the relationship with Vietnamese Government, I don't even know how big it could get. The maximum amount as presented is 1.5 BILLION tons of Bauxite with MOU in place to investigate downstream processing in Vietnam.

The details of the JV agreement and associated costs depend on the input of the parties. If ATI secure funding from the Chineses (as they have done so previously) then I see no reason for the JV slice to be as large as Michael Minosora can negotiate.
