fact is Cuba only produces a third of their own needs. We should have a ready customer on the doorstep at Brent prices accordingly to oil type.

I think if Cuba gets to significant exporter or rather looks like they will have the reserves to do so, then I expect it’s a possibility China will knocking on the door with bags of updated facilities and infrastructure monies to ensure some flow their way.

That thought alone may give conniptions in certain political circles.
