U cannot dismiss technicals on the US$, gold or course of A$ when analyzing aussie specs. Gold was down another US$27 dollars to-day and the US$ short squeeze grows hotter.

U cannot ignore Bolivian politics as Morales proclaims himself to be a fervent Marxist Leninist. For a full review of this situation Douglas Farah of the International Assesment and Strategy Center published in June of this year "Into the Abyss-Bolivia under Evo Morales and the MAS". He analyzes Bolivian ties as it joins the Venezuelan, Iranian and Cuban Axis of the Bolivian Revolution. Goes into the huge build up of the drug cartels in Bolivia (especially along the Bolivian, Brazilian border) and examines all of the close relationships that are now well entrenched with the leaderships of Iran, Venz and Cuba.

I speculated on KRY many years ago when they were developing Las Christinas in Venz and was lucky to get out with a small profit. Chavez has seized much of the resources of Venz for his own use. As Morales is very close to Chavez I suspect the same may happen in Bolivia.

I am still scratching my head about RAU's involvement in this neck of the woods as the politics look extremely treacherous.
