    It is an interesting point you've raised, monetary threshold for FIRB approval being minimum $219mil.

    MEO have stated they need FIRB approval but the current sp doesn't suggest a $219mil+ deal about to be announced, imo.

    I wont make a call either way, but it will be interesting to watch.
