Im a farmer and speak to a lot of farmers, the shop front price has definitely fallen from a the previous months highs. Maybe it wont be for long. But it went from being near impossible to actually get and no prices quoted until it landed to now quoting you ‘special’ prices a couple hundred tonne under previous. Could be just timing of wet weather and planting, not sure.
