Steve's done a great job, and given the company a solid platform to build on. Strong signal that they're looking abroad for the next CEO, maybe with US experience? Good to get a CEO that can take a $500m company to a $5bn company, which is a different set of skills that took the company from $5m to $500m. Hopefully they get someone who can get them to list in the USA in 5 years time.
