Upon reading this market release a second time there seems to be significant issues management has not yet addressed.
To have 12,000 tonnes of good grade stope ore sitting in the underground area waiting for cartage is obviously one reason for low production. To only ask for additional equipment rather than demand it shows weak management. We were advised at the AGM there was no problem with the plant just insufficient good ore for feed with only one underground ore body being mined.
Not advising the market of failure of the tertiary crusher and it being off line for 7 days and not identifying the problem and a solution also contributes to questional management accumen.
Long term I am satisfied the ore supply and good grade stope ore can be available from the 3 mineable areas at Wiluna however, I have serious doubts that present management have the necessary skills to get it right before the money runs out again.
I will continue to hold and hope they can eventually get it right. If there is not significant improvement within the next couple of months perhaps the only solution would be a change in management.
