It is clear from the SP Chart of NVA that there was very strong support by buyers prior to the appearance of the insider email
sent out by LITM. It has never been published, not even on their own website.

The SP movement since March 1 corresponds with movements in the SP of other Lithium explorers, developers, and producers.
Clearly NVA management could have met all (and more) of their OPEX/CAPEX requirements
more quickly by selling on market rather than offering assets at a 40% discount into a closed oversubscribed private public offering.
It is interesting to compare NVA management's dismal outlook with the optimism of Wzrd77 4/7/22, 01:20 AM ( post )
