I agree...and disagree. It's a good company of scale picking up a lot of work but run sequentially by very poor management teams overseen by evidentially equally poor BOD's. That's what makes it a bad business. Seemingly the executive have little risk management ability & quality oversight with counter party risk & an inability to control basic parameters like budgets. This would be a great target for someone like SRG. I'm mulling whether to take a big hit on this or wait. Waiting so far has been expensive. It could get worse again.
