just remmeber they likely have a very low avg cost price due to the extended downtrend, if there is to be an imminent alliance amongst other Top 20s then those holdings are very possibly free carry via Rights Issues back after the reverse listing.
It would not surprise me if this was a fire sale move, and financial architecture, which given the possible alliances would furthermore not surprise me
