Agreed on all fronts. The project seems like one of the bigger slam dunks to get off the ground, either by MGT or in a JV.
Management tick, resource tick, infrastructure tick, ESG tick, location tick, ease of mining tick, low CAPEX tick, expansion projection tick.
Maybe on the only solution is to back my gut/research, piggy back on the accumulation and not look at CommSec for a while (easier said than done!)
