Yes, a major overhaul is needed. I feel when you have a monetary system for helping, much of that money gets eaten by the administration of those said systems and the subsequent output of the money is diminished. What is the cost to provide the disability pension or job seeker payment versus the actual payment and what additional benefits are achieved on top of the payment?
