60c would be nice in before new year - might see options up to around 10-12c and I'd think about lightening my load a bit
In August when Mak was around 60c options were trading around 6c. I doubt 4 months on and 4 months closer to expiry it will trade at 10-12c.
Good point Makattack. Maybe 8-10c would be more realistic.
My reasoning was that if heads get to 60c by end year it will suggest a strong uptrend and many will think the options will be well into the money by expiry and will buy hoping to exploit the leverage.
In August MAK were in a prolonged downtrend which showed no signs of ending, which is a strong negative for options pricing.
Even if the options aren't in the money - at least I'm in the money on the options now after the last two days.
Anyway time will tell. Good luck.
