It is a crime and the perps should be locked away for a long term. They are white collar crims that rob the mums and dads and ransack the pension and mutual funds which is adverse towards present and future retirees wealth or financial independence capacity.

The regulators are pathethic and the politicians are far too self serving to make a stand against these crims. The irony and sadness is they will make big noises and grand stand about fining and arresting those that don't wear a stupid mask and other such mundane issues, but don't dare tackle these big ticket issues.
