A 2nd good night of sleep, and feeling great this morning. I have also noticed that a skin condition, eczema, which I have been suffering from since the accident, is beginning to clear up.

THOUGHTS
The science makes sense as we all have an Endocannabinoid system that regulates our body's homeostasis. So, if the science is correct, the CBD concentrate may be activating this system in my body, possibly reducing some inflammation and strengthening my immune system, which is why I am seeing the skin change and getting more sleep. Early days, of course. But my goodness, what a difference a good sleep can make to your day.
