The CR in March 2020 to raise funds for seismic could have raised 35 million it was cut off after 4 hrs.
A cr for 35 million to target 15-20TCF with the rig booked and start date about 12 weeks away it would be a walk in the park.
As you have stated before also the upward momentum in the sp gives even greater impetus to a go it alone.
At 20c we would need ~ 175 million shares.

1 small problem I see with a cornerstone is the 20% rule. ATM they could only take ~ 28 million [ 140 million mc / 5 [ 20%] } still requiring us to do a cr.
At 175 million MC they could take the full 35 million.
I must admit I'm kinda wondering if the Albwardy meetings have had a bearing on CEA being given more time to up their deal.
Maybe it is an auction as Scott says?
Personally I would like a mid tier oil and gas co....but a lot of them will want to be operator which maybe impleading them bidding as I can't see Scott handing over operator anytime soon.
It appears from the surface that there has been little interest, but I believe they would mostly be under CA's, but like most auctions the real interested parties either go big early, to scare off the competition, or wait until the death for the knock out blow.
If those bid fall short of expectations I imagine the insto's are lined up and waiting and I'm sure the bidders are well and truly aware of that.
