    Get wages under control and stop giving out free shares to everyone diluting the company on a weekly basis. Must be more shares ready to be given away, hence the shorts have conviction to stay in their position. Plus it's working well from a PnL perspective too.

    No more free shares management. Your diluting yourself also.
