Ok I’ve finally got my head around this. BMc is avoiding any discussion on what’s really transpired in court, discussion and Ann’s about drilling are business as usual and eventually there will be a JV without any fanfare of what it cost or what they lost the narrative will just slowly shift until they just say we’ve put all that behind us and well it’s what we offered years ago nothing to see here it was their fault all along and we are mining. Right now it’s all about the BOD keeping their positions safe.
But at least they will be forced to commence mining, POG is high good news for SH.
