Dont think anyone wants to "ramp it up". I would consider 25% success a hight probability.
The fact is that OEX is drilling Lolotoe and IF they find oil, it will send the SP skywards big time. Secondly, Lolotoe is ot the only lead OEX wants to follow in Timor 2010 and (thirdly) eg. WA-388 has huge potential in itself.
So there are plenty of more holes to drill. The upside potential is huge and has a 100-200% profit potential (or above...
On the downside: The SP will plunge even further if they do not recover any oil in Lolotoe. However, for me the decision is a simple one: I hold shares in four small oil explorers, the statistics are on my side and its only a matter of time before profits are rolling in.
This will compensate me for any finacial loss I may take with my remaining portfolio.
