Why wasn't funding completed in Q1? No BFS, one off take and you trusted they would complete this? Do i have to mention the long list of things never to be heard again? that goes for battery, gigafactory, graphite deals. the works.

I was in and out of Magnis twice over the last couple of years. I have been a holder of RNU since 4c. I can tell you that a slide on a MNS presentation means absolutely squat, it is not representative of what they will achieve.

"but still nothing has eventuated also your current MC is nearly higher than their NPV so don't expect too much more".

Have you seen CXO's NPV? it's a great example to take note.

The MD of RNU is transparent and responds to emails diligently. Frank ever responded to you?

"I'll tell you why, because your management realised that on Graphite alone their NPV would be miserable hence they went down the PSG track."

Graphite companies these days are pushing towards having an in house PSG manufacturing plant. It makes sense. Why get $400-$800 a tonne, pay for it to be shipped to China, when you can get up to 4x-5x that just with an increased capex. Also means Western countries don't have to rely on China who can manipulate the market and it's pricing.

NPV is about to get a whole lot better.

-PSG prices up 40% in the last year
-Yield (concentrate to PSG) increased by 15%+ which is just added profit and lower costs.
-PSG specifications and total carbon increased to 99.99%
-Graphite flake recovery increase of 4%+
-80,000tpa for the first 4 years expected to now be 150,000tpa which will also shoot up the NPV given the amount cashflow made early on.

I'm glad you decided to bring up an old slide (timelines).. but it's a poor argument when MNS is no better.

Your first slide is not factually correct at all.

It is a projected annual production rate from a presentation a long time ago. It never eventuated. They may have the largest reserves and have been harping on how they will be the biggest graphite producer. But what has happened to these deposits apart from Lindi? NOTHING.

As for Canada in that slide you posted. There is only one operational mine in Canada producing graphite.

Don't confuse reserves for production rate.

By a lot going on do you mean Epanko, not developed, bought out by Ecograf who have made no head way. Volt resources hoping to mine graphite with one of the biggest discoveries, has had enough and is now off chasing lithium.

Pretty fair to say I disagree with your statement "theres a lot happening in Tanzania".

By the way, the only reason the off take with MNS is binding is because it's from a zero risk commodity trader who can sell it at what price they please.

But don't worry MNS will have no offtake soon, binding or otherwise

"Other conditions precedent required by Traxys are that Nachu finalise Tanzanian government approvals and project funding, and commence construction - all by October 1, 2022".

    May 2020
"Over the past six months Magnis held discussions with major suppliers in the LIB industry from Japan and South Korea. From these discussions, it was noted that prospective Japanese and Korean customers were seeking to diversify their supply of uncoated spherical graphite. Significant customer interest has been demonstrated, with a particular interest in the ability of Nachu graphite to be processed into high purity uncoated spherical graphite using low cost sustainable processes without using any chemical or thermal purification steps."

Latest interview, he says the same speil.
    Evidently not interested.

What bulk samples have Magnis sent for testing?
I can tell you that information is nowhere to be found. Aparently they sent a sample to Traxxy's.

RNU has sent for testing samples up to 750kg.
