Thanks for the info ... I haven't perused the prospectus for quite some time but will certainly do further research on clause 7.2
What ELD/ELDPA need more than anything else is good rains across our parched continent ... even if a white knight doesn't appear (i.e. no TO) than this would put a rocket under the shares.
The possibiity of rain really cranking-up Aussie cocky's seed/fertilizer purchases was also a factor in my decision to buy.
That being said ... GO the TO!
