Ann: Proposed Acquisition of ResApp Health by Pfizer, page-82

A disgrace...a company (Pfizer) that has been proven to do massive illegal acts and copped $ billions in fines. Don't tell me the BOD are not getting promises of massive extras and benefits once this deal is to go through. What happened to the $20 per share that TK said would be the bottom line acceptable?
They (the BOD) look like they are selling us out...don't think it won't be massively advantageous to them down the track...IMHO DYOR.
We need all shareholders to get together on this and vote it down! Nothing under $5 per share after all Pfizer have just collected $30 billion or so (ongoing) from the jab...IMHO. They can peel off several $billion from their ill gotten gains over the years and pay us our worth!
TK and BL and the BOD have used us as funders and taken us for a ride IMHO...take them out of the picture...we now know for sure what RAP is really worth!
Lets go lets get the shareholders together and take charge...
I wonder if Pfizer are shareholders in RAP through another entity?
