just a thought, the best time for ansteel to have its evil way with gbg would have been prior to the placement, i.e. if they wanted to screw gbg on the offtake then they should have done it in the crisis, announce a lousy offtake and subscribe for shares at levels even lower than 85cents

the better the offtake deal, the better the finance package, sure ansteel is conflicted, at the end of the day they will decide if they will welch on the deal
