    I just spoke with TK. I'm surprised he picked up, but anyway he confirmed the announcement and seemingly could only do that as CEO and legal constraints. I gave him every opportunity to not deny my suggestion that this was a travesty to shareholders, but he held firm with the announcement. We as shareholders get to vote on this in mid June.

    I read from someone here this morning that for this to proceed we need 75%. Is that correct?
