I just had a good chat with Brian. He confirmed that the offer was subject to the board recommending it. Without them recommending it there would have been no offer. This is standard procedure with such offers. If I was Pfizer I'd do the same thing.
I think we all need to remain calm, put emotions to one side and be smart here. Pfizer are remaining calm and playing smart. There needs to be more than 75% voting yes to the offer for it to go through. I personally hold more than 1% of the shares in the company so we only need another 24% to vote no. Surely we can get 24% to vote no. We have the power here if we're smart.
We get $3,000,000 in cash immediately. If the deal get's voted down we keep the cash. Do we really think this is their best offer? Keep calm and vote no and more shares if you can. GLTAH
