    VERY GOOD NEWS is this pfizer offer

    1. thanks to pfizer's offer resapp now has a stamp of approval from the biggest name in the business; other bidders will be paying attention
    2. shareholders will easily vote +25% against the pfizer offer
    3. new offers from pfizer and others will come to the table; potential partnership vs acquisition
    4. the SP increases significantly

    I am optimistic.
