I read somewhere last week that the Federal Securities crowd in the US is taking a keener interest in "Flash Trading". It would appear the 54% od daily volumes is generated from these parasites. Why shouldn't there be a level playing field - it just doesn't seem right that a big percentage of punters get a look at equity pricing before Mr & Mrs Average Joe does,
