I think a few of you need to take a step back and really have a think about why this has come about and the reply from management to angry emails.

Think about the last few a weeks, after our positive covid testing results. Tony and Brian have been doing more marketing and publicity in the last three weeks than they have done for three years. And look where the SP ended up. 8c .SFA.
The company needs money and due to the lack of SP response the other option was to raise at most likely 6c a share and heavily dilute the company again.
In comes pfizer, offers 3 million cash and a partnership on the proviso they get a chance at a fully backed takeover offer for 100million. If they don't accept, with NDAs in place the world doesnt know a big pharma wants to buy us and off they go hat in hand trying to raise money.
Management don't want to sell for 100 million and they bet the company that retail and funds also won't accept the deal.
What they have managed to do is secure a partnership with the company that is literally at the forefront of the covid pandemic. In doing so resapp will be known about worldwide, all shareholders need to do is hold their shares and don't sell.
I believe management realised they do not have the sway to get this commercialised and through FDA without help. Nobody has more pull than pfizer IMO.
Worst case scenario holders have a hissy fit and sell RAP cheap. Best case scenario we get 3 million funding, and a partnership with one of the biggest companies in the world the get out products to market.
Use your brain, if you have held through all the years of failures, why sell now.
