The fully permitted mine plan for four open pits on PHB1 that Barrick got approved in 2005 is on two tenements M52/183 and M52/233. Tenement M52/233 is where the regulators have approved locating the waste dumps for the ca. 100m of barren overburden that has to be prestripped from PHB1 prior to reaching the ore so how can BM claim in this ASX announcement that K2 is only one tenement?
