Agree. If I come over to your house and trash it you can call the police and have me charged for destruction of property. However if you have a tenant trash your place the police aren't interested and say it is a commercial issue and to take it up with the various tenancies boards. At the end of the day it is EXACTLY the same destruction of someone elses property!
