Technically they don't get the rights to vote, I communicate with a few German shareholders who all have this problem with their shares being held in a nominee account. the process to vote is very difficult and they need to pay a fee to the nominee to vote.

From what I can tell, since the listing are not proper dual listings, these shares are more like a pink slip ownership.

GEIC - the only benefit it has provided is having a decent lab for FGR to work in. It hasn't resulted in the significant fast tracked graphene infused products that they pitch to companies.
