Why is it the if someone highlights the negative things management has done, or the poor condition of the company (financially and operationally), you are accused of downramping blah blah. Just present a counter argument that is not full of BS nor emotionally driven post.

Truth is, the company is sitting a near all time low, and it is a refection of how badly manage this company has been and the little faith previous and current investors has on management. The fact that they have to do two CRs in span of 2 months, further, magnifies the relationship management has with SHs, especially to retail SHs. Imagine participating in the CR at 1.9 only to see that management will do one again at lower price of 1.6 (with attaching options) to so called sophisticated investors. Retail investors were asked to pay more.

If 4C will not deliver according to prior announcement in terms of revenue increase, this will be sold out, IMHO. However, if they show an increase in revenue AND positive cashflow from operations this quarter, then at this price, it might be a good buy.
