Patience. It should see 150c fairly soon if interest rates stay down and div maintained (and shareholders convinced).

For me the most riskless investment since Sept 2009.

Traded nicely too but perhaps tougher now to predict.

Time to move on maybe if you went in sub $1 looking for a rerating. If instos really pile in maybe will go to 8% like some lesser infras. In which case still some 15% + steam in it mho but dyor. Often wrong meself.
