Just went back to the 2021 Annual Report Remuneration Report which outlines 297,169 reasons to appreciate the 'transition' out of the business of the CFO and Company Secretary. The report also discloses Ms Conlan's three month notice period, so I'm guessing that a September 2022 quarter departure allows at least three months to tie up all the EOFY reporting.
