Agree re laughable Hamilton offer.Understand shares NOT yet listed on NSX and company only formed recently, presumably to pick up these properties below value with a cheeky "heads they win,tails they lose nothing" formula. On the bright side, if the vultures are gathering, there must be value to be had, and whoever buys is going to want a fairly chunky discount to market value. PWC really do need to issue an update as last info early Nov and hopefully this isn't going to be a case of fees all the way until assets run out!
