Another point regarding the incentives - which do you think the directors will prefer to achieve - the BPD or the market cap? Think about it - they stand to personally make far more money in achieving the market cap or SP so you can bet that that is what they are going to be working to achieve. Hands up those who will be extremely peed off with an initial SP of 14.5c?
