    @theone234,

    Net tangible assets (NTA) were 8.6c/share as of the 30th of Sept 2021.

    At that point in time, with 274m SOI, the company had net tangible assets of $23.56m AUD (= 274 x 0.086). From there, if we assume The Healthy Mummy (THM) held $0 in net tangible assets, we arrive at a new (diluted) NTA figure of $23.56m/400m SOI = 5.89c/share, following the acquisition.

    The $23.56m of net tangible assets is mainly a combination of property, plant and equipment equaling $16,596,002 (as per the balance sheet) and other assets. Of that, $3.67m is land and buildings which are owned by Halo (and this had been valued at cost minus accumulated depreciation).

    This is conservative (but appropriate as per accounting rules) but does not take into account recent property price escalation.

    ROU Assets have not been included in the calculation of NTA.

    The full breakdown of PPE is here under note 8 in the most recent half-yearly.

    Hope that helps,
