If the oil is there, the oil is there. Being ex-bhp aint going to help the companies success. So what... he worked at BHP. Do you know how many employees they have? He is not doing it for free or for shares in jpr but CASH. Why doesnt he buy a couple million dollars worth of JPR shares on market and then I would change my tune.
We have to pay performance shares for mangement simply by doing their job. Nobody is working for free. Everyone is getting paid well in cash firstly.
A total joke in my opinion.
Its like the mob who handled the 2.0c NON-underwrittten share issue. They got appox $1,000,000.00 in shares to do that. That is a total joke. Why was that job worth so much???? Thats not creating wealth for shareholders in my opinion. Just another dillution and free money for someone. I wonder if they are still holding there shares or did they dispose them on market???? Please address this issue.
