They have delivered on strategy and that strategy has remained unchanged. There WILL be a rising silver price.
Placement has not been offered to sophs yet. I have expressed interest and the placement details remain closed and have NOT been opened up. Giving actual thought to a raise, rather than being a bull at a gate with a huge discount (as most companies desperate for capital do) is a good idea.
