Just to a further point to your comments that underscores the sensitivity to gold prices:

- for the "North Bombora Starter Pit" study, every $100/oz over the $2,500/oz used adds a further 10% ($29.1m) to the cumulative pre-tax net cash. So at current prices, the net cash would be $328m vs the stated $299m.

Overall, a very good study that starts to frame up a way forward to monetisation of this asset.
