There is currently 2 bids of 21.4m each in the buy list (see below) totaling 42.8m shares. This represents exactly 5% of the current shares. If these bids are by Pfizer (or a friend of Pfizer) and Pfizer withdrew the offer these would immediately be traded and Pfizer would hold 5% of the company.
