Also I am just a little surprised that this is being seen as something "new". The moderated thread simply displayed ignorance beyond comprehension.
Resolutions 4-10 and "SCHEDULE 2 VALUATION OF ORDINARY SHARES AND PERFORMANCE SHARES" of the "Notice of Annual General Meeting" announced on the 29th of October clearly outlined this.
Again on 30 November 2009 the "Results of Annual General Meeting" anounced the passing of the resolutions at the AGM.
Not sure about anyone else but I read every company report, and PEN provide considerable reading.
