There is nothing wrong with tenancy blacklists as if a person invests (these days six + hundred thousand on a property someone should have control of it and there are some stinking tenants out there

BUT there re also a large proportion of stinking landlords and property managers who do not know the law or their job, I would guess only about 10% of landlords are decent
But a lot of landlords in Victoria are selling out due to the stupid unreasonable laws Dictator Dan has introduced

Then you have the Tribunals who have a funny way of enforcing the law as they do not, in many cases know it well either and IMHO break the law as well

So the fact is the Tenancy act is a dogs breakfast and the people who get it in the neck the most are the good landlords and the good tenants

So Dermo the only options is to live with parents, share and if you have to rent treat it as if it is your own and then hopefully buy your own
