They’re really just the same lottery tickets fluffed up in the placement and not worth anything but company hoping maybe they can pull some funds later without any work - if anything it just allows risk adverse to sell some stock in days leading into the data if price is right and holding onto the options betting ew on the outcome - they’re free as they should be - million miles from ex price and can’t be traded - there’s 72 price points between here and there over the next few years you could be acquiring the stock cheaper than the “free” $0.48 cent shares being “gifted” …..
