No wonder he doesn't want any such tax as it's not in his own interests. So I'm talking, a tax per property owned. For each extra house over 3 owned, the tax should increase exponentially making it undesirable to own lots of houses. And for the loopholers that try to get around the tax by transferring houses to their spouse or kids, we could make the tax applicable per household, not per individual. The revenue from those taxes could be used in many ways e.g. to pay more to those nurses etc in the health and aged care industries. This is a great idea if I may say so myself.

have you thought about just working hard, saving money and buying in an affordable area, rather than try and instigate more socialist policies that redistribute wealth, just because you have the financial discipline of a gnat?
